Hi, I’m Gemma. I was born and raised in St Albans, and I am now based in Abbey Wood, South East London. In 2019, I finally took a leap of faith to quit my job in management consultancy and follow my passion for baking. I trained at Le Cordon Bleu London and then worked as a pastry chef in a luxury London hotel for a year before setting up Patisserie Gemma. I'm now delighted to be designing bespoke cakes and sweet treats for you, and bringing a bit of cake-shaped joy to the world!
